This adorable little beach cottage is perched above the bay on solid cement piers. It's pretty much as close to a houseboat as you're going to get with traditional home construction. The expansive windows capture the seals and otters swimming and the cranes flying by. It's a magical space with so much beauty, I definitely wanted to keep the design minimal and organic to stay with the theme of the area. Handmade tiles, unlacquered brass, and linen all make themselves at home in this cozy little cottage.
