This 41,000 sq ft campus originally consisted of two parcels containing an old post office and warehouse. The goal was to unite the two properties into a creative campus in the heart of Historic Filipinotown (HiFi), just south of Silver Lake in Southern California. With inspiration from the client's time in Montana and the Wild West, we brought that spirit of ingenuity, creativity and comfort into this campus that is all about collaboration and having fun. A full-service alcohol and coffee bar greets guests while the warm fire is crackling in the background. A professional kitchen complete with ovens and warming drawers is ready for any special event. The large open barn works as a writers hub as well as special events facility. Some might think the best part of the campus is the open loft Barn, but we think it's the little corner that was rezoned as a coffee/boba shop - enter Boba Guys. We like to say, it's the first studio powered by boba! Of course this project wouldn't have been possible without CCI, Boto, and AAmp Studio.
